“We had a lovely experience on Tuesday at the Somerset branch. We dealt with Sonia Erazo and she was amazing. She handled closing out a CD, opening a new Ultra Purple Account, changing ownership in an existing Ultra Purple Account, and handling a large withdrawal all with ease and everything went very smoothly. The Branch Manager Barbara was very welcoming as well and we had a lovely chat. Overall, a great experience.”
