Making a payment on your loan is easy
We know making a payment to your loan is not the highlight of your day. We want to make it as quick and easy as possible.
We offer a number of easy, no-cost options:
You can pay:
Online through our WebBranch. Just log in and transfer money from any of your Financial Resources accounts to your loan.
By phone with our Member Service Center. Call 800-933-3280 and talk with a representative to pay from one of your Financial Resources accounts.
Autopay without even thinking about it. Have your payment transferred from an FRFCU or outside account each month automatically. Just contact our Member Service Center (number above) to get the easy-to-complete authorization form.
By mail with the payment coupon. Return your payment (from any FRFCU or outside account) with the payment coupon sent with your bill.
In person at any FRFCU location. Stop by a branch and talk with a representative to pay from one of your Financial Resources accounts.
How to make online payments from another financial institution
Just click the “Online Payment” button below and input the information requested.
First Time Users will need to call our Member Service Center to acquire their Member ID for login purposes. You can also save your information for future payments if you choose.
Please note that there is a fee for this service since we are electronically transferring the funds from another institution (fee is noted during the registration process).
Online Payment is not available for first mortgage, credit card or student loan payments.
