At Financial Resources FCU, we’re always leveraging the newest innovations and providing our members a variety of options to communicate with us. Phil offers a quick and efficient way to provide answers without the wait, including via phone or SMS (text), 24/7.

When you dial our number, you’ll be greeted by Phil. Although he’s a digital assistant, you can speak to him naturally, asking your questions as you would speak to anyone else. If Phil doesn’t understand your request or can’t help with it, you’ll be forwarded to a Member Service Center Representative to make sure you get the help you need during business hours. After hours, you’re welcome to access your accounts via Online Banking or our Mobile App.

Depending on your request, he may ask for additional information to best answer your questions. This may include your member number, Social Security number, and authentication questions.

Can Phil answer my loan application questions?

Phil can direct you to the department that your application is associated with but cannot provide you with status updates at this time.

Can Phil put me in touch with an actual member service representative if my question can’t be answered?

Yes, if he cannot answer your question during regular business hours, you will be transferred to a member service representative.  After hours, you are welcome to login to online banking or access your accounts via the FRFCU Mobile App.

Can Phil perform the following account functions: reviewing account balances and transaction history, making online payments, and performing account transfers?

Yes, he can!

Will Phil authenticate my account before revealing private information?

Yes, when you use Phil to view any account information, you will be asked for personal information.
