As we continue to monitor how the COVID situation is impacting everyday life, our priority is the health and safety of our members, employees, and communities we serve. We hope that everyone and their families are safe and secure.
To Our Valued Members and Community
Our top priority is always the health and safety of our staff, members and communities. Our branch lobbies continue to be open during specific hours and drive-thru service is available at select branch locations. We will closely monitor conditions to ensure these remain safe environments and adjust if needed.
Financial Resources FCU is committed to putting people first, and providing the best service possible to our members. Our remote services remain fully accessible, including our mobile banking, WebBranch, online applications for accounts and loans, and our ATMs/ITMs.
We continue to make sure all branches remain controlled and safe as we move forward:
- Protective shields have been installed at our teller lines
- Floor markers will help ensure social distancing is being followed
- Face masks are not required for vaccinated members. They are required for those who are not yet vaccinated or children under the age of 2
- We have increased our cleaning protocols and are disinfecting surfaces such as desks, pens, ATM machines, teller line counters, doors, etc.
It brings great joy to see our members in person again. The health and safety of everyone will continue to remain our top priority, and we appreciate your patience in these ever-changing times. Beware of Scams
Please remain vigilant about your private information. There have been a number of email and phone scams related to the COVID outbreak trying to get your information. Do not share information like your usernames or passwords over the phone. If Financial Resources contacts you we will never ask for confidential information such as your username, password, PIN or any other account information.
