CASA Child Focus

Financial Resources Federal Credit Union is proud to support CASA Child Focus with a recent $1,000 donation. As a Court Appointed Special Advocacy (CASA) program of Child Focus, this nonprofit organization trains volunteers to advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children throughout Union County. CASA volunteers dedicate significant time to each case, receiving comprehensive training in areas such as trauma, mental health, and the court process to effectively support the children they serve.

St. Joseph Social Service Center

Financial Resources Federal Credit Union is proud to support St. Joseph Social Service Center with a recent $1,000 donation, continuing our longstanding partnership with the organization. Since 1983, St. Joseph’s has provided essential services to the materially poor and homeless in the greater Elizabeth community, including food, clothing, medical assistance, counseling, and housing support programs. Our team was honored to meet with Executive Director Bernadette Murphy to present this contribution, and we look forward to further supporting their mission through an upcoming community food distribution event.

Beginning World Changers

The FRFCU Foundation proudly donated $1,500 to Beginning World Changers, a nonprofit committed to feeding communities, supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, and helping people get back on their feet. Veteran’s Haven North

Financial Resources FCU was honored to present a $500 donation to Veteran’s Haven North in Glen Gardner, NJ, alongside SFC Richard Wiegers, US Army (Ret), and our President & CEO, Frank Almeida. Veteran’s Haven North provides compassionate, professional care and transitional housing to help homeless veterans regain independence, dignity, and self-sufficiency. Welcome Home Vets of NJ provides critical support for housing, employment, and medical care to veterans in need.
