At Financial Resources FCU, serving you is our top priority. To enhance your experience, we continually evaluate how to best allocate our resources effectively. Recently, we conducted a formal review of our Hillsborough Branch and noticed a significant decline in member activity at this location. Many of our members have shifted their banking preferences toward our digital platforms and the number of members exclusively using this branch has decreased.

In light of these trends, and considering the upcoming expiration of our lease, we have made the difficult decision to close our Hillsborough Branch effective January 31, 2025.

This decision aligns with our mission and responsibilities to manage member assets responsibly, prioritize our member needs, and adapt to your changing preferences. We will continue to focus our efforts on enhancing our member services and expanding our digital offerings. We are committed to supporting our Hillsborough team members by offering opportunities to transition to other credit union positions.
